Shipping:  All orders of in-stock items require two full business days for processing. The delivery time is  determined by the method of delivery chosen by you at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery times.  


Refunds: Due to the nature of the products being sold on Regal Canin, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges at this time.
